All sales made through Cutesy Scoops are final. Due to the randomized and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with card contents, duplicate cards, accidental purchases, or shipping delays caused by carriers.

Once an order has been shipped, Cutesy Scoops assumes no responsibility for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking updates or claims related to lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
